My name is Peter Nisbet and I have been involved with quizzes for over 40 years. I won't go
into my academic career since it is irrelevant to my quizzes, but I do have some original
thoughts which are a help to me in compiling and hosting quizzes of all kinds to all ages
and abilities, and have resulted in me being the top choice of all who know me whenever
the word 'quiz' is mentioned.
Pro-quiz.com started off life as Funquiz.biz, but that
seemed a bit old fashioned so we changed the look of
our site and our products. We sell quizzes for all
occasions, and as you may have noted by now, our
products are graded so that you can judge what grade
of product you want from us, based on your
knowledge of your audience, and your
experience of our free quizzes. This is the
message we have failed to put across in thepast and
which will be a significant feature of these pages.
You get what You want! That is our philosophy. If
we don't have what you want, ask!
This will become more and more evident as you get to know us. My conversational style
of writing is not to everyone's taste, but it is the way I like to write. |
As for myself, I have a Scots Edinburgh accent, though half of my parents' family are from
Glasgow so there is no East-West rivalry as far as we are concerned. I have spent many a
forgotten Hogmanay in both cities! I love them both - and many more besides. My wife is
from the Scottish borders - a small fishing town called Eyemouth. There's a good quiz
question for you - "Which two parts of the head provide Scots with fish?". |
The objective of Pro-quiz is to provide you with the quizzes you were looking for when
you clicked on Google or Yahoo or whatever search engine you are using, and entered pub
quizzes, fun quizzes or just simple plain 'quiz'. All of these are what you will find on this
